I have a Problem with eating vegetables. I constantly have to remind myself to add some to my meal. But lately its gotten better.Proud of myself.

ReplyDeleteNever really was a big veggie eater. I can remember many nights I had to sit at the table and go to bed with nothing to drink lol. As I get over Im starting to realize the importane of taking care of my body and veggies are definitly important.
ReplyDeleteI really don't like vegetables but this helps me want to try. I will admit that I enjoy throwing spinach on a few meals.
